This rice-and-potato wine from Gangwon-do is a delightful little weirdo.

Light and balanced, with the savory green aroma of a sun-warmed kitchen garden. On the palate, it turns unexpectedly silky and bright. (It reminds us a bit of clarified tomato water, one of our favorite unexpected cocktail ingredients). A cult fave for a reason.
